search works nicely

I like the way the search function here allows you to search for "*" (i.e., anything) by user "*" (i.e., anyone), for a message age of, oh, say, between 0 and 2 days. It's a nice quick way to catch up.

I wish I could get the search function on the Dye Forum to work. I can't - it just won't return any results at all, when I enable it. We have to either just browse straight through by date or topic, or use a Google search, which works only for posts more than a couple of days old.

Simple Machines Forum works so much better than the phpBB2 that I was using before! It is much better for the user, but for the administrator, it is light-years ahead of the others I have tried.

As much as I like CMS software such as Joomla, Drupal, and Moodle, their forums are not nearly as good as smf.

Just wait though--there is more to come here! I have yet to customize this forum!
