I have made a find that may interest you all out there in dye world...  Its Allegre Fashions.  They already have some basic designs of which you can modify, lengthen, enlarge, or design your own and they will work with you.  You can order their 100% cottons in either white or they will dye solids for you.
Go to www.allegrefashions.com  or call 1-800-835-6487 to receive a free small catalog in the mail.  I have not placed an order yet but I think I am close to doing so.  I am also looking 2x and 3x sizes and it seems they can make just about anything.  The prices seem better than Dharma.

Another place that sells only rayon in whites is Jayli.com.   I have ordered from them and I have no complaints....   Their stuff was good....

I would also like to know if anyone has worked with Allegre Fashions and if you recommend them.

I have not ordered custom items from Alegre, but have ordered from their catalog.  I find their work to be of the highest quality, reasonably priced, and they have always been friendly and courteous to deal with.  My only complaint has been that for larger sizes, they required a minimum order, such as a case of one size.  Many of my customers require size XL or larger, but I do not have the financial means to invest in large quantities of one size.  But for their in-stock styles and sizes, they are a great resource.
