Hey there!

I just found the forum today in Wikipedia external links, when I was browsing for places to post my website. I've started making dyes in 1991 when I was in high school. I taught some classes in a couple high schools back then, and sold quite a few dyes, but lost my rhythm when I went off to school. I did some projects here and there, but nothing much.

So in 2001 I had a tie-dye birthday party and that got my tools and supplies back. So I started making more and more dyes. Now I have a lot and so I started http://www.PhatDyes.com. With the web site up and running I wanted to advertise it when I found there wasn't really that much video content to choose from.  I decided to make a "How To" video.

I decided to sell it as a download from my site.
http://www.phatdyes.com/howto/video.htm

I set the player up so you could buy parts of the video if you only want to know something specific, like how to make a peace sign.   You can also download the whole video at once.

So I have spent the last 4 months creating "Tie-Dye Crash Course".  Doing all the work to create this video was much more work than I ever thought it would be. I have never done any video editing, but I do have experience working with sound and picture files. I have also played drums for 16 years off and on. So I wound up playing all the drums in the video too.

Welcome to the forum, Brad!  I took a brief look around your site, and I love your tie-dye!  It's obvious you have worked hard to develop your techniques!  Hope you will share a little more with us as time goes on, and best of luck with your video!

Welcome. I too hope you share your knowledge here.

On another note, please post your commercial offerings in the appropriate category: Business Directory. One posting offering it is enough.  Feel free to reference it in your signature.
