I'm always looking for 100% cotton aprons--nice full cut ones that kitchen workers like to use--at least 30 inches wide and preferably with no pockets or just thermometer pockets.

I have gotten some from a place called Bluesteins in Charleston SC for $3 each. I'm pretty happy with them--very generously cut--BUT somewhat irregular in terms of stitching and taking dye (totally acceptable but less than perfect--some of the cotton fiber is less refined and resists dye if you look very carefully). They have held up very well.

Anyone else?

Hi, I only use ecorite canvas aprons, they are thick , adjustable and absorbant enough to dye but they have pockets...ecorite also has waist aprons and thin canvas shopping bags that I use....

It's a typo. Use ecorite.com without the dash, and you get the supplier of aprons and bags. Put the dash in the middle of the name, and you get one of those annoying scammers who tries to get advertising dollars for the links people click on, by stealing the alternative spellings from the true owner of the name. It happens with typos for a lot of online company names.

Okay--need to bump this up!

Anybody find any decent aprons sources since? The ecorite aprons aren't the hard core huge commercial kitchen aprons I'm looking for. I want something that starts to wrap behind you when you tie it up.

gosh Steve, I did a wholesale apron order years ago for a pizza place and the supplier had a nice variety but I can't remember who they were.  I'll ask John if he can remember, they had green cotton, 100% bleached cotton canvas plus a few other kinds and they are of the style you want.
