OK, here's my copy of these pants. (here's the link to the originals)
http://www.jai-dye.com/ecweb/ProductDetail.aspx?prodid=41&catid=28

First I soaked in soda ash, then dyed a heavy concentrate of Charcoal grey. Let them sit over night and washed, dried, then stamped with discharge paste (also discharged resist areas)
Washed, then soaked in SA again and re-dyed with red and yellow.
Not too bad. Need to perfect it. I like the over dye a lot.

Hey - great pants! I like them!
Did you get the pants from Dharma?

Hi K  cheesy
I purchased these pants from American Apparel but they are so light wt. I'm not happy with the quality of the pants at all  undecided
I was supposed to meet a new textile manufacturer on Monday but had to cancel due to a bad sinus infection. I rescheduled for next week. As soon as I meet with them I will let you all know if their products are worthy. They are certainly in the price range of Dharma's and AA.
I really like Soffe's yoga pant. Nice thick quality pant that withstands wash and wear.

Mishoga, the pants are awesome!  I agree - discharging and overdyeing give great results!
BTW, if your new supplier doesn't pan out, I got very good quality Bella brand yoga pants from Americana Online.  You can see them here: http://www.americanasportswear.com/live/catalog/.  They're not cheap, but the quality is good, and they are a heavier fabric with a nice finish.

Really great pants...love them!

I've also purchased the Bella brand yoga pant from SanMar.
Nice quality...cotton/lycra. I've also purchased black ones,
discharged them, then put color back in. They come out pretty
cool...sell well.
