Well, this is not probably what should be called tie-dye. First I've used paint for carps, then wax to mask them out, then MX-dye to do water pond and finally paint to add the plants. Koi in a pond

Very nice, Jaja.........
Looks like it took some time. Did you do all the painting by hand?
At first I wondered what the garment was, but it is a long sleeve shirt, yes?

Nice work, Jaja!  I have used a similar mix of techniques for a few of my shirts.  Guess you could call it mixed media... hand dyeing, batik, fabric painting!

Yes Katherin, it took me 3 days (with technological times to dry it etc) - not anything that could be paid for. Paintings were done by hand (I've did light sketch with "sewing" chalk in advance).
Judy - can you imagine I've started to paint it without having slightest idea what the final product should look like? I've just built it one part after another until I've decided "it's enough".
Uhmm - and did one mistake that is not so obvious in the end: not filtering lumps from premixed dyes

I understand!  Most of the projects I have done that involve painting have been that way... a vague idea maybe, but no real vision of the final result.  But what fun we have!  Keep going, you continue to inspire me!
