Best Heavy Cotton T w/ Cotton thread?

Hello all,

I'm pretty new to this, but I'm having a hard time finding a make/model for a heavy cotton t-shirt with cotton thread. I would also prefer the heaviest grade of cotton available. For my first batch of T's I used  Gildan 200G 6.1 oz and the quality was good, but the stitching is nylon. I would actually prefer an even heavier grade of cotton if it was available and not too expensive.

1. Who makes a 100% Cotton (including stitch) that is 6.1 oz. (or close) and what is the model number? Who is your favorite supplier for these?
2. Who makes the same thing in a heavier (than 6.1 oz) grade T, and what is the model number and your favorite supplier?

I don't think you're going to find any heavier weight T than 6.1 ounce. I just worked with some "Black Fruit of the Loom Lofteez 6.1 oz" (from Dharma) and I was surprised at how thick and heavy they were after washing and drying.
