does anyone know how to tie dye the breast cancer sign?

Actually, the breast cancer ribbon is one of the designs I pulled off with the hemostats. A friend was hosting a cancer walk and asked if I'd make a few shirts to raffle off. I downloaded a picture of a ribbon ( I can only draw what I can see), and folded it in half like the shirt was. Drew the half ribbon on the shirt and rubber banded the area where you can see through the ribbon. The rest of the ribbon was done by gathering folds and clipping on the hemostat/ forcep. A bit of dye to match the surrounding color in the center of the ribbon and a bit of a darker purple at the top where the ribbon is folded over and here is what I got.

that turned out really nice. i just attemped one in a similar order as you described. we'll see how it turns out later tonight
