does anyone know how to  put a spiral behind a peace sign, heart, or any other desing? here is a picture

I would think if you tied ur peace sign then with that sticking up use it as a handle a twirl.

Yes, vpenkuhn, I agree. I can't think of any other method to make spiral around other design.
