hi dear tie dyers !!!

I'm a new french addict to tie dye !!
I have dyed 2 t shirt , 3 tapestries and I am very happy to tie dye.

To do good job and improve my practice of tie dying, I read a lot of things in english forum because in france, there is not much website about tie dying.
I begin with jacquard tie dye kit and I also buy some procion mx dyes in addition .

Do you think there is a really difference between jacquard and dharma dyes?
because in france, there is no shop to buy dharma dyes and only two webshop to by jacquard procion mx dyes.
so , If there is a really difference between the dyes, I can look at dharma shop and paid delivery cost for delivery to france.

what do you think about it? is there a really difference for you?

I show you my first creations ! thank you very much for your help . !
best regards

Hello to France!
Procion MX fiber reactive dyes are Procion MX dyes wherever you get them.
The various dye houses/companies do make their own color mixes.
Here is Paula Burch's pure MX dye chart:

And, of course, Paula Burch's web site in general is invaluable:

Hi !

ok, so there are the same dyes sold by different companies !

thank you very much for your answer. I also seen the Paula Burch's pure MX dye chart,

I didn't undestand that it was a chart of same colors in differents shop, I believe it was some "equivalent" dyes, not really the same.
sometimes , speaking english it is difficult, and more understanding english for the details.
excuse me for my bad english.

hi Luckylady,
Your writing English is very good - not the kings, perhaps, but good enough!
I could not even begin to write in French, haha.
As I understand it, one or more industrial companies make the basic MX dyes and Dharma, ProChem, Jacquard, etc. buy large quantities and formulate the colors that are not pure colors.
