When you use bleach to discharge, you must untie the cloth, rinse in water, and then submerge the cloth in the AntiClor bath for 15 plus minutes. Dharma says to agitate the bath.

Last summer I tied and bleached a shirt but didn't untie it when rinsing and bathing in anticlor. I then dyed and batched it and in the final washout, the shirt developed holes in the tied design. It is hanging on a wall in my workroom to remind me to untie after bleaching - the holely shirt.
